By signing this waiver, I assume all risks and take full responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur during events, classes, or activities held at or affiliated with deviSol Studios, its staff, teachers, or locations.
I understand that I am waiving significant legal rights and do so voluntarily and without pressure. I am 18 years or older and mentally competent to sign this release.
I also take full responsibility for any minors in my care who accompany me.
