In the beautiful oceanside Costa Rican rainforest, explore the spiritual guidance of the four elements of nature—earth, water, air, and fire. Every day, we will focus on the elements and allow them to guide our practices and play - from daily yoga and meditation to adventures in the wild, like hiking in the jungle and swimming in the ocean. We will bring in ceremony, self-reflection, and exploration as we journey outward for adventure and inward for discovery, balancing the energies of the four elements beyond and within.

7 Days in a Gorgeous hardwood Caribbean style shared bungalows (2 beds, one bath per bungalow) set into the lush nature scape each with a different theme expressed in the hand carved wood, tile mosaics, painted murals, and artistic details. There is a gorgeous central lodge, hardwood yoga deck and traditional rancho gathering space.

Nourish.
3 Meals a day. Includes daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner. At Tierra de Suenos we offer fresh local, hand made foods and with many delicious vegetarian and raw food options. The meals include regular beverages like tea, coffee, water, and fresh fruit juices. Please make sure to let us know what your dietary preferences are and if you have any food allergies a week before you arrive.

Retreat.

Enjoy onsite infrared sauna detoxification and other add on therapies.
