Planning a small event or intimate get together? This will involve lying comfortably while being enveloped by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and singing bowls. Through sound therapy we will journey through a meditation that aims to help participants relax, heal, and transform through mindful engagement with these powerful frequencies.
