Not every transformation requires a passport. Our Tucson day and weekend retreats are thoughtfully designed to offer an immersive wellness experience without leaving home. Whether you join us for a single day of renewal or a restorative weekend, each retreat invites you to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in sacred space and supportive community.

Every retreat follows a carefully curated journey of healing, reflection, and transformation. You may begin with a grounding cacao ceremony, move through yoga or somatic embodiment, experience the restorative power of sound healing, express yourself through meditation painting or creative practices, and close in a heartfelt community circle. Each retreat is unique—shaped by the season, the collective energy of those gathered, and the wisdom unfolding in the moment.
